Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Arkynate Labs ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in two different contexts: this website at https://arkynate.com (the "Site"), and the Arky preview deployments we run for customers. The two are covered in separate sections below, because what applies to a visitor reading this page is not what applies to a customer running a preview.

The Site does not run analytics or tracking scripts of any kind, and does not set cookies of its own. Nothing on the Site profiles you across visits or across other sites. The Site is static and served from S3 and CloudFront. The hosting infrastructure keeps ordinary web-server request logs — IP address, requested path, user agent, timestamp — the way any web host does, for operating and securing the Site. We do not read those logs for marketing or profiling purposes. If a page embeds a third-party asset (for example a font), that request is made directly to the third party and is governed by its own privacy practices, not ours.

When you use the contact form or email us directly, we receive whatever you send: your name and email address if you provide them, and the content of your message. We use that information only to reply to you and, where relevant, to follow up about an engagement or a preview request. We do not add you to a marketing list from a contact-form submission or an email, and we do not share that message with anyone outside Arkynate Labs except where the law requires it.

Arky is offered as a private preview under a separate written agreement with each customer, and the data-handling terms below apply to that preview, not to this Site. • Single-tenant. Each customer's preview is its own deployment — its own database and its own object storage — shared with no other customer. • The customer owns the data. Conversations, approvals, audit records, and any transcripts or payloads the deployment produces are the customer's, and they stay inside that customer's own deployment (PostgreSQL for structured state, object storage for transcripts and larger payloads). • Model provider keys are the customer's own, held in a secret store inside the deployment. The commercial relationship with the model provider is the customer's, not ours. • Subprocessors — the infrastructure and services a given deployment relies on — are named in that customer's deployment agreement rather than on this page, because the list can vary by deployment. • Data-processing terms are agreed per deployment, as part of the written agreement covering that preview. Questions about a specific deployment's data handling are answered in that customer's agreement and preview conversations, not by this policy.

Website request logs are retained by our hosting infrastructure for routine operational and security purposes, on the standard retention schedule of that infrastructure. Contact-form and email messages are kept for as long as they remain relevant to the conversation or engagement they relate to. Retention for an Arky preview deployment is set out in that deployment's own agreement.

Because the Site does not set its own cookies or run tracking scripts, there is nothing to opt out of on the Site itself. Your browser's own cookie and tracking controls still apply to any third-party asset a page embeds. You can ask us not to retain a contact-form or email message longer than necessary by telling us so when you write in.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The Site may contain links to other websites not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
