Terms of Use

Clockwork: Gridlock is a free daily tactics puzzle. One board is published each day at 00:00 UTC. Scores are computed on the server from the moves you submit; the server's result is final. We may add, change, rebalance, or retire puzzles, features, lessons, and leaderboards at any time.

Don't tamper with the game client, automate play, submit forged replays, or exploit bugs to gain rank. We may remove results, reset streaks, or exclude accounts from leaderboards for fair-play violations. Report bugs to us instead — we fix them.

The only content the app creates on your behalf is a result comment you explicitly ask it to post. Comments you write yourself are governed by Reddit and the subreddit's rules. Please keep solutions behind spoiler tags on the day of the puzzle.

The current version sells nothing. If a future version offers Reddit Gold purchases (for example optional campaign acts or cosmetics), the daily puzzle and the tutorial will remain free, purchases are handled entirely by Reddit under Reddit's purchase terms, and entitlements are tied to your Reddit account.

The game is provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties. It depends on Reddit's platform and may be unavailable or change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, Arkynate is not liable for any loss arising from use of the game, including lost streaks or scores.

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and the update ships with the next reviewed app version.
