A reliability release
- Per-endpoint alerts and lock-screen card updates from PingOps Cloud now always arrive
- Dismissed cards stay away until the outage ends; snoozed cards come back once
- Cloud notifications arrive in the app's language
Two independent reviews of the app and the cloud backend found 66 improvements; all of them are in this update.
Alerts and Lock Screen
- The summary card for three or more incidents clears itself when they recover, even with the app closed.
- Snooze and Re-check on a notification now work for cloud endpoints.
- Signing in to PingOps Cloud no longer needs an app restart before lock-screen cards can start.
Subscriptions
- Updates from Apple are applied in order, so a delayed message can no longer downgrade a renewed plan, and billing grace periods are always honoured.
Incidents and Trends
- Faster with long histories; Incidents shows how far back the history on your iPhone goes.
Fixes
- The discount label on the German and Spanish subscription screen showed a garbled number.
- Endpoint details no longer flash "No checks yet" while loading.

Live Activity fix
- A stuck Live Activity card can be dismissed again

Subscriptions, properly
- Family Sharing on Cloud Archon
- Offer codes and a billing grace period
- Subscription changes sync from the App Store instantly

The big polish
- 220 fixes and refinements across the app and cloud checks

Where did it check from?
- Every check records the data centre it ran from
- Cloud checks run closer to your endpoint

Slow but up
- A yellow Slow state from a per-endpoint response-time budget
- Per-endpoint timeouts
- Faster history loading

Status pages and four languages
- Public status pages with uptime and latency sparklines
- Full Japanese, Spanish and German localisation

PingOps Cloud

- Cloud Pro and Archon tiers
