Huskfall collects no data. None at all.

Huskfall collects nothing. There is no account to create, no sign-in, no server to talk to. The game does not gather personal information, does not track you, and does not transmit anything about you or your device anywhere. Everything the game remembers — your runs, unlocks, high scores, and settings — is written to storage on your own device and never leaves it. That is the whole policy. The sections below spell out the details for anyone who wants them.

Huskfall does not collect, store, or transmit any of the following: • Your name, email address, phone number, or any other contact detail • Your location, at any level of precision • Contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data — the app never requests these permissions • Device identifiers such as IDFA, IDFV, or advertising identifiers • Usage analytics, session length, screen views, or event telemetry • Crash reports or diagnostic logs sent to us • Purchase history or payment details There is no advertising in Huskfall, no ad network, and no tracking across apps or websites. The App Store "Data Not Collected" declaration for Huskfall is accurate and complete.

Huskfall keeps its save data locally on the device, in the app's own private storage (browser-style local storage inside the app's sandbox). That save data includes: • Run history and best results — survival time, waves cleared, score • Unlock and progression state • Settings such as audio volume, haptics, and control preferences This data is readable only by Huskfall itself. It is not backed up to any server we operate. If iCloud Backup is enabled on your device, Apple's normal app-data backup may include it — that copy is governed by Apple's privacy policy and is encrypted under your Apple Account, not accessible to us. Deleting the app deletes this data. There is no recovery path, because there is no copy anywhere else.

Huskfall does not make network requests to any Arkynate server. There is no backend, no API, no telemetry endpoint. The game is fully playable offline. Turning on Airplane Mode changes nothing about how it runs. The only network activity related to Huskfall is Apple's own — the App Store handling your purchase and app updates — which happens outside the app and is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Huskfall is a one-time paid app. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no consumables. Your purchase is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment method, card number, or billing address — we receive only aggregate, anonymised sales reports from Apple, which contain no information identifying individual purchasers.

Huskfall may add Apple Game Center leaderboards or achievements in a later update. Game Center is Apple's own service. If you choose to use it, the score you submit and your Game Center nickname are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy — not by us. We would receive no personal data from that integration; Huskfall would simply hand a score to Apple's framework. Game Center participation is always optional and controlled by you in iOS Settings. Declining it does not restrict any part of the game. If this feature ships, this page will be updated to say so.

Huskfall contains no third-party SDKs — no analytics, no advertising, no attribution, no crash reporting, no social login. The only frameworks in the app are Apple's own, used for rendering, audio, input, storage, and (optionally, in future) Game Center. No data is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party, because no data is collected in the first place.

Huskfall does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, there is no data about a child for a parent or guardian to review, correct, or request the deletion of.

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and CCPA give you rights over personal data a company holds about you — access, correction, deletion, portability, and opting out of sale. We hold no personal data about Huskfall players, so there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, export, or delete on request, and nothing to sell or share. If you want to erase the game's local save data, delete the app from your device. That removes all of it.

If a future version of Huskfall ever changes what data the app handles, this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the App Store privacy declaration will be updated to match. Updates are always posted at this URL — https://arkynate.com/huskfall/privacy — and the effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change.
