Survive the husks. Here's the help desk.

Huskfall is a bullet-hell survivors game for iPhone and iPad — landscape, offline, one-time paid, no ads. If your question isn't answered below, email jabitojavier@gmail.com and I'll get back to you.

What is Huskfall?

Huskfall is a bullet-hell survivors game for iPhone and iPad. You pick a survivor, drop into a collapsing world, and stay alive as long as you can while the screen fills with husks. Weapons fire on their own — your job is movement, positioning, and choosing which upgrade to take next. It plays in landscape, one run at a time, with no timers and no waiting. It's a one-time paid app: no ads, no in-app purchases, no subscription.

How do the controls work?

Two thumbs: • Left thumb — virtual joystick for movement. Touch anywhere on the left side of the screen and the stick appears under your thumb; drag to steer. Attacks are automatic, so you never have to aim manually. • Right thumb — action buttons in the lower-right corner: DASH (with a cooldown ring), JUMP for beacon fast-travel when it's available, and VENT, which appears only when your Overdrive is fully charged and clears the bullets around you. The joystick is relative to where you touch, so you don't have to hit a fixed spot on the glass. Button size and haptics can be adjusted in the in-game settings.

How are my saves stored?

Entirely on your device. Huskfall writes your progress — run history, best results, unlocks, and settings — into the app's own private local storage. Nothing is uploaded, because there is no server and no account. There's no sign-in to lose, which also means there's no cloud copy to restore from. Deleting the app deletes your progress permanently, and reinstalling starts you fresh. If iCloud Backup is on for your device, Apple's normal app-data backup may carry the save across a device restore, but that's Apple's mechanism, not ours — don't rely on it. See the privacy policy for the full detail on what stays on-device.

My progress disappeared — can you restore it?

Unfortunately no, and it's worth understanding why: we never had a copy. Saves live only on your device, so if the app was deleted, the device was reset, or the save was cleared, the data is gone and there is no server-side backup to pull from. If your progress vanished while the app stayed installed, that's a bug and I want to hear about it — email jabitojavier@gmail.com with your iOS version, device model, and what happened right before it reset.

How do I restore purchases?

There's nothing to restore. Huskfall is a one-time paid app with no in-app purchases, so there are no receipts to re-validate. If you've bought Huskfall and it's asking you to pay again on another device, that's an App Store account issue, not a Huskfall one: make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple Account that made the purchase, then reinstall from the App Store's Purchased list. Family Sharing works the same way it does for any paid app.

What devices does Huskfall run on?

iPhone and iPad, in landscape orientation. Check the App Store listing for the current minimum iOS version — that page is always authoritative. The game runs fully offline. No connection is needed at any point after install.

Are there leaderboards?

Not at launch. Scores are local to your device. Apple Game Center leaderboards may arrive in a later update. If they do, participating will be optional and handled entirely by Apple's own service — the privacy policy already covers how that would work.

The game is stuttering or draining battery.

1. Close other apps in the background — a bullet-hell with hundreds of on-screen entities wants the whole GPU. 2. Check whether Low Power Mode is on (iOS Settings → Battery); it throttles the frame rate. 3. Restart the device if the stutter appeared mid-session and won't clear. 4. Make sure you're on the latest build from the App Store. If it still stutters, email me the device model, iOS version, and roughly how deep into a run it starts — that detail is what makes a performance bug fixable.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and select the purchase. I can't issue or expedite a refund, but if the reason is something broken in the game, tell me anyway — that's a bug report worth having.

I found a bug, or I have a suggestion.

Email jabitojavier@gmail.com. For bugs, include: • iOS version and device model (iOS Settings → General → About) • The Huskfall version number from the in-game settings screen • What you were doing when it happened, and whether it reproduces • A screenshot or screen recording if you have one Feature requests and balance feedback are genuinely welcome — Huskfall is an ongoing project and player reports shape what gets built next.
